Here we go again watching another multi-million dollar celebrity couple’s private life being played out in the media. NBA basketball superstar is accused once again of having multiple affairs with several women all over the world. The wife of Kobe Bryant filed for divorce from the Lakers superstar after catching him cheating on her. The five-time NBA champion was reportedly busted after the wives of his teammates told Vanessa Bryant of the player’s increasingly frequent infidelities.

They claimed that the star player had told his fellow teammates of his indiscretions, and they in turn told their wives. The report also said Vanessa had caught her husband with “multiple women” over the years, but she felt the latest alleged incident was the final straw. Vanessa, whose parents are both Mexican, was not believed to have been a favorite of Kobe’s parents. Joe Bryant, Kobe’s dad, had reportedly turned his back on the relationship because the family did not approve of Vanessa. It’s been widely reported that his parents weren’t crazy about him marrying a Latina and not an African American.

Vanessa Bryant stuck by her husband in the infamous press conference, when he was accused of sexually assaulting an employee at a Colorado hotel in 2003. The NBA star admitted to having sex with 19-year-old Katelyn Faber but denied assault. The criminal case was dropped, and a civil suit filed by the woman was later settled out of court. The fate of her $4 million diamond ring, an apology gift given to her in 2003 from her soon-to-be ex-husband, is to be determined.

Bryant, meanwhile, was being linked to one of Kim Kardashian’s best friends, 27-year-old Carla DiBello for the past two years. DiBello, a producer on the reality TV series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” has been close friends with Kardashian for a while, traveling around the world with her on work trips. Prior to becoming a producer, DiBello worked as Steve Wynn’s assistant at his hotel casino in Las Vegas, as well as in other posts in the hotel industry.

Vanessa Bryant has two children with the star, filed for divorce Friday in Orange County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Kobe Bryant has already moved out of the couple’s mansion in Newport Coast, Calif. Kobe Bryant’s divorce from his wife Vanessa has not be finalized, but Orange County property records show the couple is beginning to distribute their assets.

Three mansions in Newport Beach’s upscale Newport Coast community have recently placed in Vanessa Bryant’s name. The three properties have a total value of $18.8 million, according to property records on file at the Orange County Clerk-Recorders Office in Santa Ana. Neither of the attorneys representing the couple was available for comment Friday. Vanessa Bryant filed a divorce petition in Orange County Superior Court in December, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The couple released a joint statement then saying that they had “resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately.” The couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, Vanessa Bryant’s mother previously told a Times reporter. If true, she would be entitled to half of their community property. Some estimates put Kobe Bryant’s net worth at $150 million. Legal experts said Vanessa Bryant will probably receive at least $75 million in addition to ongoing spousal and child support.

There has been much speculation about whether the couple was getting back together after photos showed them kissing near the Lakers’ locker room at Staples Center after a game on Valentine’s day. Representatives for the couple have not commented.
