A photographer by the name of Sarah Mattix informed her of a calendar contest. She took a chance by attending the casting call and earned a spot on the calendar. Awestruck by this experience she was motivated to continue pursuing her dream of making an impact as a brand name in urban modeling. Let’s take a closer look into the exciting world of this Cajun Stunner.

SB: What are some of your major modeling accomplishments?
MM: Even though I consider every job an accomplishment, one of major ones were being featured in the January 2012 Spring Issue of NOLA Wedding Guide Magazine. It was something out of the norm for me because I have always done swimwear type shoots. This was Art Noveau and edgy, and I absolutely loved it. I also was the cover model for March 2011 Street Seen Magazine, I did the 2012 Simoniz Calendar Pin-up Miss March, I won B97′s Hot Body Contest, 2010 Top Sixteen Playboys Miss Social , 2011 June Knockout Athletics Model Contest Winner, 2011 “Bring the Wood” Poster Girl, 2012 Theodent Commercial (New Chocolate Toothpaste), 2012 “Go Fast – Don’t Crash” Bike calendar – Miss September , NCAA Under Armour girl for Final Four, and I was a 2012 Brand Ambassador for Bud Light NCAA New Orleans, La.

SB: How would you describe your sex appeal, beauty, and edgy images?
MM: My images all together can be described as just being myself. Whatever I am feeling at that moment is what comes across in my pictures. But it’s nice to feel sexy and then play edgy.”

SB: How do you feel to grace the cover of Stunner Baby Magazine? How did you hear about us? How will you promote your cover?
MM: ”I am ecstatic to grace the cover. There is no better feeling in the world then to do something you love and then to have it being showcased for others to see. I heard about Stunner Baby Magazine through Twitter. I was semi new to Twitter and I was trying to learn how to use it and of course I was looking up magazines and then I found Stunnerbaby. I always promote whatever project or event I have worked with or on through my social networking site such as Facebook, Twitter, Modelmayhem, and Talent Envy.”

SB: Who are some of your favorite photographers that you’ve worked?
MM: ”I don’t have a “favorite” because they all give something different to the photo shoots. The photographers I have worked with such as Cliff Lemar of CPLemar Photographic, Jay Villa in Houston, Sarah Mattix, and Brian Bowers of Beans photography have all been wonderful.”

SB: What university did you graduate? What is your major? What do you do professionally when not modeling?
MM: ”I am currently at the University of New Orleans as a double major. I work full-time as a Director of Human Resources so I don’t usually have much time to spare.”

SB: What is your favorite music video? Why?
MM: ”I love any music video with Pitbull in it is my FAVE, he just has the vocal talent and that little extra Latin flavor in his videos.”

SB: Tell your fans something they don’t know?
MM: ”I am definitely shy when you first meet me but I am a Sagittarius and we make the best friends and lovers.”
