SOMETHING ABOUT NONNIE OLIVER

SBM: How did you start your modeling career? How would you describe your sexy appeal and beauty?

NO: I started when I was 21 years old. I was approached by a woman in Walmart who wanted me apart of her fashion show for a university charity show. It’s been shaking hands and making connects since then.  My sex appeal is more of a fun energy rather than a “come get it”. I flirt and tease without knowing it; so I end up coming off as an innocent tease, not too overwhelming but just enough.

SBM: What would you consider your sexy attributes that drive your fans crazy? What was your sexiest activity that you’ve participated as a model?

NO: I would always say my legs, then most would assume my breasts because they are pretty big, but let the fans tell it, they love my full lips. They drive them nuts! I get the most comments and reactions about my lips. Definitely.  My sexiest activity would have to be music videos I’ve done. You can be sexy on camera, but it’s nothing like seeing it in action. You get more from a video than a still shot.

SBM: What modeling accomplishments have you completed in 2014?

NO: In 2014, I shot with some dope photographers. I branched out into videos with T-Pain, B.O.B, E40, Webbie, R, Kelly, Lavish D, Snooti Wild, and a few local artists. I’ve worked with AAD (All American Dimes) online mag and just really made some beneficial connections that I can’t wait to continue to expand with.

SBM: What music video, television, film projects have you’ve participated?

NO: I got a part in a black market film shooting in California in 2015 plus cameos in music videos with R. Kelly, TPain, B.O.B, Snooti Wild, E40, Lavish D, Webbie, and a few local artists.

SBM: How does it feel to be featured in Stunner Baby Magazine? How did your hear about us?

NO: I feel honored to be featured in this magazine because it’s more exposure and support I will gain by supporting the magazine. Expand in my career and reach a few more people. I heard of the magazine after shooting with photographer QueKelly in Atlanta.  He brought this opportunity to my attention.

SBM: What is your opinion on the injustice in the Michael Brown and Eric Garner grand jury decisions on police murders?

NO: Honestly, that’s a touchy subject for me. I got emotional and took it personal during the trials and verdicts. It hurts to WANT justice and a fair calling in a situation but KNOW what to expect and what you’re going  to get in the end. It hurts the most to know the truth, but can’t do anything about the outcome but cry and pray for better days for our future youth. It sucks when you feel as if you have no power over your own fate; no ones life should be placed in no mans hands.

SBM: What advice would you provide to a new model to the modeling game?

NO: Have thick skin. There’s a lot of beautiful girls out here modeling and trying to make it. Focus on your own lane. Don’t let someone else’s progress haunt your progression. We move at different speeds. Never compare your success to someone else’s. You’ll be fine.

SBM: What does it mean to grace the pages of Stunner Baby Magazine?  Do you see your modeling career opening up opportunities in radio, television, and reality shows?

NO: Gracing the pages of this magazine is a great way to start off a new year. More publications are coming  my way, major moves. I’m already dabbling in acting so nothing is out of reach this year. I could definitely see myself on a reality TV show. That could be very interesting lol

SBM: What college did you attend? Major? Professional Corporate Experience? Sierra College and Sacramento City College.

NO: Majoring in sociology and a minor in Liberal Arts. I haven’t used this knowledge in a professional field just yet, due to the fact I want to model and start my own business eventually. I did the school thing for my mom, I promised her I wouldn’t drop out to chase my dreams but I definitely found a medium and did both.

SBM: Who are some of your favorite photographers that you’ve worked?

NO: Chatman Images in the Bay Area; Darrin in the Bay Area; Degrace images in ATL. I have a few I’d love to name, shoots are lined up, but I haven’t shot with them yet lol but they have dope work.

SBM: How would you use social media to drive traffic to your interview and notify your fans that follow your career?

NO: Everyone has a social network. My following on my sites are pretty high, considering the fact I’ve only  been doing this for a year really. I get so much support and feedback from so many people. I post just for my fans. I love them.
